Do you know why everything is so quiet in this house? Why, it’s because everyone is fast asleep…and they should stay that way unless they’re trying to catch Santa in action!
We’re in Boston, Massachusetts! If you have a look around with me today from the windows on the Story Train, you’ll see why Boston is a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas. Twinkling lights are everywhere, there are festive parades, and there are even running events where people dress up like Santa to go dashing through the snow.
Santa pays a special visit the home of two children who have been very good this year.
The Story Train is stopping in Sherman Oaks, which is a city in the neighborhood of Los Angeles, California! As you know, Santa visits all the nice boys and girls to deliver gifts on Christmas Eve. Sometimes he even make their dreams come true. Today’s story is about a little brown dog named Casper and his best friend, Pam. It’s called, “Casper Gets His Christmas Wish”.
Oh my goodness! Scoot over and make room on the Story Train because we have a VERY special passenger joining us today. It’s Santa Claus! For the next couple of weeks he is taking over as the CONDUCTOR of the Story Train. After all, no one knows more holiday tales than Santa Claus!
