Listen to episode one hereConnie and the gang have been doing some tai chi 🙆♀️, bean can weightlifting 🥫 and even a supermarket sweep 🛒 on Planet Exercise! 🪐 But now, Connie wants to turn things up a notch…
“Wow, this zone looks much more intense. There’s step trainers that go on and on, speed walking zones, a racetrack! And just look at those bikes with a big screen on that makes it look like you’re riding anywhere in the world! I fancy that!”
The customers dive into a fun chair exercise bootcamp, while Connie and Nana Debs hop on the “ride anywhere” bikes 🚴 travelling to the jungle, a sweet factory and even the moon! 🌝
But when it all gets a bit too much for Nan, Connie learns that exercise doesn’t always have to be super intense to be good medicine for people with Parkinson's 💊❤️
