Episode one logoEpisode One: The Acorn

This is an Episodic show. You can listen to it in any order, but episode one is always a great place to start.

Full Episode description

Bunny Rabbit sets off on a lovely hop-around in the meadow near the river. Along the way, he pokes his paw. What’s worse, every critter he meets is in an awful mood! How will Bunny Rabbit turn this day around?

Stick around after the story to meet the instruments with Joey! This story features acoustic guitar, percussion, kalimba, and tenor saxophone. Joey focuses on the kalimba during today’s “Meet the Instruments” segment and describes its connection to the mbira, the national instrument of Zimbabwe.

This social-emotional story is meant to validate and encourage children in their understanding of themselves and others, while hopefully making them laugh along the way. Watch for future stories featuring Bunny Rabbit, Beaver, Trout, Goose, and Hummingbird!

This is the first story in our "Meadow" series.
