This is an Episodic show. You can listen to it in any order, but episode one is always a great place to start.

Full Episode description

In this episode of the Dogsthorpe Infant School podcast we meet Food Channel presenter and Nutritional Therapist, Louise Mercieca. In her book ‘How Food Shapes Your Child’ she explores how children are shaped by the food we set before them. This process begins well before birth.

Hear how Louise is helping to curb the rise in child obesity and how her book offers help to the children and families of Dogsthorpe and across the U.K.

Louise has very kindly donated to our headteacher (Mrs Waters) and to our Family Well-being Champion (Mrs Hibbert) copies of ‘How Food Shapes Your Child’ to help Dogsthorpe families stay healthy in a world of fast food and local food delivery apps.
