To help, they use their own special ways of attracting geese into the garden, and also of directing migrating birds to fly in the right direction. This week, the Club hosts the awards ceremony for the Autumn/Fall 2020 competition on the topic of Gratitude where nearly thirty poets from around the world are celebrated as Finalists, and nine poets and artists are announced as competition Winners. We hear from all of the Finalists, and Little Dazzy Donuts reads out the winning poems with help from Queenie, the Chicken Jazz Quartet, dancing sheep, and a world sheep exclusive.
Join us for this bonus episode as Queenie runs the dress rehearsal to prepare everyone for the awards ceremony happening next week. Her main focus is on designing an amazing opening number, which sees the sheep dipping into their well-hidden talents as dancers. Along the way, they learn about wind from local weather forecaster, Sammy Showers, and also learn about how spiders spin their webs. Sammy also decides to name the windstorm after Queenie. Join us for this bonus episode as Queenie, Chicken, and Shasta organize a 24-hour fundraiser to raise money for the local food bank. There's non-stop poetry reading, jazz, and sheep balancing … and the final hour is broadcast live on the local radio station.
