Who likes ice cream? I thought you might! Today we’re going to imagine being a melting ice cream cone and sing a brand new song.
Did you know that you are magic? So am I! So is everyone you meet. This episode is full of magical facts about people.
Sometimes something that is loud can also be quiet at other times. Like a musical instrument or a storm… or YOU! After making our previous episode, where we talked about storms, I decided it would be a good idea to talk about one of the things that can make storms so scary: Loud noises. So today’s episode is all about quiet and loud.
Some kids find storms fascinating, while others find them frightening. Today we talk about what storms are and how to calm your fears. We also make a storm of our own that puts you in control.
Today we’re going to do a breathing exercise that imagines we’re cleaning up the attic. What? I know cleaning may not sound like fun, but with our imaginations, we’re going to create a wonderful relaxing space.
In this special episode, we are focusing on saying affirmations and making wishes because loving others starts with loving yourself. Featuring affirmations from Noah Glenn, Mia Saine, and Eso Tolson.
No one is too young to talk about racism. We don’t have all the answers, but we wanted to offer a starting point for learning what you can do about racism whether you are 2 or 10 or 100. After a short discussion about racism, we will hear affirmations from our friend, Mia Saine.
