Full Episode description

Feeling sad doesn’t feel good…but did you know that sadness can help us sometimes? We explore the feeling of sadness in this relaxation story with Kaala the red panda and Chuff the snow leopard. Check out the sources we used for more information on feeling sad and how to help your children cope with that.

Questions:

When was the last time you felt sad? What made you feel sad? Why?What helps you feel better when you’re feeling sad? Can you name at least three things you can do? Can you think of at least two people you can talk to when you’re feeling down?If you were feeling sad and that sadness wasn’t going away, who could you talk to? What can you do if you see someone else feeling sad?
