Bernice is hiding when Papa Bear comes upstairs to say goodnight. Her finds her and after getting her into bed tells her a story about Boo-Boo and Kai-Kai. Boo-Boo and Kai-Kai are on a break from school and are trying to decide what they are going to do. Kai-Kai is hungry, of course, so they decide to fly off in search of some treats.
