Hey there, sports fans! We’re about to hit this episode out of the park—and learn all about the science behind some of your favorite sports! Dr. Monica Rho, Head Physician for the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team, shares how she uses sports medicine and science to keep athletes strong. Then, Washington Nationals first baseman Ryan Zimmerman joins us to share more about the science of baseball and how he stays healthy on and off the field!
