Welcome to the sixth episode of Ask Deer Abby, Season Three! Abby and Hopper are thrilled to be offering advice (and puns) to some brand new animal friends. First up, we’ve got Darlene Duck, a waitress at the local Quacker Barrel, who is a bit distraught after an incident at work: a tray full of waters spilled all over her, but she stayed dry! How can that be? Hopefully Abby can help Darlene unravel this Quacker Barrel quandary. Next up, it’s Al Paca of Alpaca Al’s Storage Barn! Al is seeking advice after his storage barn received some bad reviews on Howl for customer service. Let’s hope that Abby can get to the bottom of these bad reviews so that customers stop saying “no, no, no” and start saying “go, go go!” Later on, we’ll bring in some animal experts to answer the question on everyone’s mind: “Are mules really stubborn?” Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
Welcome to the fifth episode of Ask Deer Abby, Season Three! Abby and Hopper are thrilled to be offering advice (and puns) to some brand new animal friends. “What AM I, exactly” is a question that both our animal callers today are seeking an answer to. Lavender the platypus is tired of being referred to as a “hodgepodge” because of her unique appearance, and Dylan the Armadillo Girdled Lizard doesn’t understand if he’s an armadillo, or a lizard, or WHAT! Hopefully Abby can teach these distressed callers more about their wonderful animal-selves, while also reminding them that no one can tell you who you are; only you can do that. Later on, we’ll bring in some animal experts to answer the question on everyone’s mind: “Are there any animals like dinosaurs?” Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
Welcome to the fourth episode of Ask Deer Abby, Season Three! Abby and Hopper are thrilled to be offering advice (and puns) to some brand new animal friends. First up, we’ve got – wait a second.. is this a personal call? It’s Hopper’s brother, Flopper! Turns out that Flopper has been feeling a little overshadowed by his brother’s success as a producer. Let’s hope that Abby can teach these rambunctious rabbits about taking pride in their own successes, while also remembering to celebrate each other’s. Next up, it’s Sergio, a swan who’s wife is upset with him because he keeps pecking at humans! Hopefully Abby can give these love birds some advice that will get them back to marital bliss. Later on, we’ll bring in some animal experts to answer the question on everyone’s mind: “What’s one of the most surprising animal friendships to ever be discovered?” Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
Welcome to the third episode of Ask Deer Abby, Season Three! Abby and Hopper are thrilled to be offering advice (and puns) to some brand new animal friends. First up, we’ve got Fennec J. Fox who’s feeling a little down in the dumps after some animals made fun of the size of his ears. Let’s hope Abby can help this frazzled fennec fox learn that his big ears are super cool, both figuratively and literally! Next up, it’s Fabian the flamingo who is calling in to give his two cents when he hears someone at the Hope Habitat Zoo and Aquarium say that “the only thing flamingos do is stand around and eat all day.” Hopefully Abby can teach our feathered friend that confidence in ourselves doesn’t come from others, but from within. Later on, we’ll bring in some animal experts to answer the question on everyone’s mind: “How can animals survive in the desert?” Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
Welcome to the second episode of Ask Deer Abby, Season Three! Abby and Hopper are thrilled to be offering advice (and puns) to some brand new animal friends. First up, we’ve got a capybara named Sara who is NOT looking forward to her friend’s upcoming pool party. Hopefully Abby can encourage Sara to take a leap of faith and dive into the deep end of her insecurities. Next up, it’s the one and only Yaksley, owner of Yaks 5th Avenue, who simply cannot fathom why his store isn’t doing as well recently. Let’s hope Abby can help this distressed yak bring those customers back! Later on, we’ll bring in some animal experts to answer the question on everyone’s mind: “Do animals wear makeup like humans do?” Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
Welcome to the season finale of Ask Deer Abby, Season Two! Abby and Hopper are thrilled to be offering advice (and puns) to some brand new animal friends. First up, we’ve got Hopper’s trainer from Hoppin’ Fitness on the line: it’s Ruth the kangaroo! Ruth has been preparing for the upcoming summer Animal Olympics, but recently she hasn’t been doing as well in her kickboxing matches and she isn’t sure why. Let’s hope that Abby can help Ruth find her balance both literally and figuratively so that she can take home the gold. Next up, we’ve got a little kid (and no, we don’t mean a human): it’s Bertram the fainting goat! Hopefully Abby can show Bertram some positive ways to deal with his anxieties about fainting so that he can embrace his insecurities and face the world without fear. Later on, we’ll bring in an animal expert to answer the question on everyone’s mind: What makes a species endangered? Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
Abby and Hopper are taking a week off for summer vacation but they didn’t want to leave you empty handed, so they thought they would share with you all their LIVE EVENT from the Atlanta Science Festival, which took place on March 20th, 2021. Join Abby and Hopper as they catch-up with some friends from Season One. Not only that, but they’ve also got a brand new mystery animal who needs YOUR help! Will you help Abby and Hopper uncover the mystery identity and ailments of this new animal? Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
Welcome to the eleventh episode of Ask Deer Abby, Season Two! Abby and Hopper are thrilled to be offering advice (and puns) to some brand new animal friends. First up, we’ve got a parrot named Patricia who is having trouble with the other pets in her home because they think she is a tattle-tale. Let’s hope Abby can encourage our parrot-pal to use positive vocal cues instead of negative ones before all pandemonium breaks loose! Next up, we’ve got a rat named Ronald who can’t stop chewing on electrical wires, much to the dismay of the humans he shares a home with. Hopefully Abby can help Ronald find an alternative chew-toy that still provides him with a rat-tastic time. Later on, we’ll bring in some animal experts to answer the question on everyone’s mind: Are zebras white with black stripes or black with white stripes? Also why do zebras have stripes?! Thanks again for listening, and as always, if you’ve got a problem just stop on by, and we’ll say “Hi” at Ask Deer Abby!
