It’s normal to worry about small issues, like picking the right shoes with our outfit today or getting a couple of questions wrong on the pop quiz. It’s important to remind ourselves that most small problems we face day-to-day won’t affect our future. We can take deep breaths and point our energy toward things that bring us joy.
