Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung, meaning "Palace Greatly Blessed by Heaven," was the royal residence of Korean kings during the Joseon Dynasty. Located in the heart of Seoul, highlights include the Geunjeongjeon Throne Hall, Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, and Hyangwonjeong Pond. Visitors wearing hanbok receive free admission!
