Full Episode description

Sophia recently went to Siberia to visit her grandparents, who she has not seen in a long time. Needless to say, it was a fun and exciting experience to catch up with them, and amid this adventure, Sophia had the opportunity to join a trail race. As it was something she had never done before, Sophia was very hesitant and nervous; she was scared that she will fall and get hurt. She just wanted to quit before even starting.

In this episode, Sophia shares the 3 important lessons she learned about herself  when she finally got the courage to face her fear and join the trail race. She even won third place in the race, and was very happy that she conquered her fear.

Our challenge to you big dreamers is to play a running game called the Bag Game with your friends and family. It’s so much fun, and it will motivate you to get moving. Listen to this week’s episode to learn more. Enjoy!
