This week's episode is inspired by a famous quote from Aristotle, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act but a habit."

A few weeks ago, Sophia and Olga were spending time in the playground, as they do very regularly. Sophia is a master at climbing the monkey bars, with her own unique process! On this particular day, however, Olga asked Sophia to try a new way, to mix things up! Sophia, naturally, had a hard time.

So in this episode, Sophia shares what she learned from this experience. They talk in length about habits -- what they are, the habit loop, breaking bad ones and how to build ones that are for keeps!

And as anyone who has made a habit of listening to this podcast already knows, Big Dreamers, we truly hope you learn a thing or two from this episode. Enjoy!
