Liam Delap grew up with football in his blood. His dad Rory was famous for long throw-ins, but Liam wanted to make his own name. From playground goals to Derby County and then breaking records at Manchester City’s academy, he showed incredible speed, power and talent.

The journey wasn’t always smooth. Injuries and tough loan spells tested him, but Liam kept fighting. At Ipswich Town he exploded with goals in the Premier League, and soon Chelsea signed him for Β£30 million.

Now Liam Delap is living the dream, scoring in the Premier League and inspiring kids everywhere to believe that with hard work, anything is possible.
