The Bully and the Bulldog was written by Kenny Baldwin and directed by Sam Payne. The cast included Ben Butters as Elliott, Kenny Baldwin as Winston Churchill, Ian Parker as Brax, Theresa Raymond as Miss Spellman, Mikilani Yamada as Mom, and Kyle Renlund as Mr Gunderson.

The sound team for this episode was led by Dan Carlisle and Clarke Jackman, with audio engineering by Daniel Davis and Kyra Brewer; sound design and music editing by Daniel Davis and Sophia Oaks Hass, and mixing by Daniel Davis. It was produced by Sam Payne, and Brian Tanner.
