This episode features guest affirmations from Eso and Mia, a new breathing exercise song called “Hold It For a Moment” and some favorite songs from past episodes including “Flying Like a Bird,” “Super,” and “When I’m Me.” Get ready to sing and dance along while taking some deep breaths and saying affirmations.
