Listen to episode one hereNathan is feeling nervous about an upcoming class presentation and worries about standing in front of everyone to speak. That night, Peanut Butter Jim takes him back to Dinosaur Isle, where a very different kind of nervousness is causing problems.
When they arrive, they learn that King Henry the Rex is about to marry Gloria the Brontosaurus, but every time someone mentions the wedding, the nervous king stomps back up to his castle and hides.
In this stories for kids podcast episode, Nathan and PB Jim reunite with their old friend Terry Dactyl and journey up the mountain to find Henry before the ceremony begins. Along the way, they brave a thunderstorm, visit Henry's flower-covered castle, and discover that even a giant T-Rex can get stage fright when all eyes are on him.
As the wedding day draws closer, Nathan realizes that Henry's worries sound a lot like his own fears about speaking in front of his class. With encouragement from Peanut Butter Jim, Queen Gloria, and his friends, Henry learns that being nervous does not mean you are not ready. Sometimes it simply means you care.
