Guest Episode! Here at Peace Out, we’re all about mindfulness and cooperation. So this week, I wanted to share another mindfulness podcast with you. It’s called Like You: Mindfulness for Kids by my friend Noah Glenn. 

On Like You, you’ll find mindful breathing exercises, affirmations for kids, amazing music, and a lot of fun talking about feelings. I’m excited to share Like You’s “Riding a Wave” episode.
