Lightfoot chapter two is when Lightfoot shows us how well he can jump. He has gone off the side of the cliff and needs to find a spot to land. He chooses a rooftop nearby and makes a safe landing. The other goats are surprised ad happy. Lightfoot is growing each day and feels that he is bigger and able to do more. He is eating the paper off a tin can on the trolley tracks when he hears the clanging of the bells coming. He isn’t finished so he doesn’t move until the trolley bumps him out of the way. He gets up shaken and realizes that he needs to be more careful.
