We're barking about practical strategies for handling the big emotions that come with worry, stress, and anxiety. Just like learning to walk nicely on a leash, managing worries takes practice and the right tools. Our brave pup starts discovering that he doesn't have to let anxiety hound him. Will Power Dog learn to put those pesky worries on a leash? Can he discover the secret to adventuring with joy instead of jitters? ✨
