Lauren's Little Bedtime Stories

On an otherwise ordinary Tuesday night, a very sensible nine-year-old named Stella hears a small tap on her bedroom window — and discovers a tiny, glowing star named Fig, hopelessly lost after his navigation chart got soaked in a cloud. Over a warm cup of tea and a well-worn star atlas, Stella sets out to help her unexpected visitor find his way home. Together they climb to the rooftop, where the whole sky opens up above them, and Fig finally spots the Pleiades — his cluster of seven sisters — glimmering near the horizon. Before he rises back into the night, he makes Stella a quiet promise: look for the second star from the left, and he'll blink twice, just for her.

Every Lauren's Little Bedtime Story includes:

Calming Relaxation: Gentle breathing exercises to help your body relax.

Original Bedtime Lullaby: Wind-down time as Lauren sings you to sleep.

A Full Original Bedtime Story: A whimsical story read aloud by Lauren.
