Full Episode description

Welcome to Big Emotions – LOVE and SADNESS! Part of the Kids Listen Big Emotions Mashups, this is part 2 of Love and Sadness, hosted by your favorite narrator, Trusty!

In part 1 we learned how love pulls us toward others, where sadness draws us inward to reflect. In this episode we explore how these two emotions often arrive together – and how we can support others and ourselves when sadness shows up. Through heartfelt stories from Kids Listen shows (tons of other great kids podcasts), we discover that listening, being present, and slowing down can be some of the most caring acts we share.
