Hey parents, here are 4 ways to quiet our minds at bedtime:
1) Rub your hands together to warm them just like Mama Bear in the story and at the end of the episode.
2) Repeat the phrase, "Sorry, we're closed. Come back tomorrow," with your child when playing the Question Game.
3) Make up new rounds of the Question Game and take turns playing different roles with your child.
4) Practice breathing with your child and get close so they can sense what deep breathing feels and sounds like.
