Hey Parents, here are four ways to try out new things at bedtime:
1) Say the dance rhythms of the different animals with your child.
2) Dance with your body or fingers just as the different animals dance.
3) Move your neck like Rhino and encourage your child to do the same.
4) Get close to your child when practicing the deep breathing so they can feel and hear what deep breathing feels and sounds like.
