Parents, here are 4 powerful ways to connect with your little one during the story: 1) Say, "Hello fear, I see you. It's okay that you are here" when prompted by Steffani. 2) Pretend to blow up a balloon and tie off the fears inside with your child. 3)Let go of the balloon and model imagining it float into the sky as prompted. 4) Give your child a reassuring hug.
