Now, if you tell your Grandma: “This is the worst present I have ever received. I hate the color. I don’t even need a sweater. Take it back.” How excited do you think Grandma will be to give you more gifts? Now contrast that to a situation where you receive a gift and you react with gratitude. “Grandma thank you so much. I love that you are always thinking about me and want me to stay warm this winter. You are the best. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.” With a reaction like that — do you think your Grandma will be more or less likely to want to get you more gifts in the future. In this episode, Eva explains how life works the same way!
