Ever since this pandemic started, Brendon has been sharing amazing ideas on how to train your brain and actually use this time as an opportunity to grow. In this episode, Eva share's Brendon's concept of adopting a role model mindset. Specifically, for our younger Big Dreamers, Eva explains what it means to be a role model, and why COVID-19 presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for kids to be a role model to their friends and family. In our house, Eva has really stepped up to be a role model for her sister Sophia about how to stay calm and upbeat during a global crisis. At 4 years old and with a huge personality, Sophia can be more than a handful. Eva does admit that a few times she has lost her cool, but for the most part adopting Brendon's strategy of being a role model has been super helpful and strengthened their bond. Please do check out Brendon's amazing work (links in the resources section), and hopefully he'll be a guest on our podcast in the not-so-distant-future :) Show notes at DreamBigPodcast.com/193
