We're back! We may have taken a few months off from releasing new episodes, but today we’re going to be taking a little time off TOGETHER, because we’re using mindfulness to take a vacation in our minds. This episode also features a new song called "Take A Break."
For Valentine’s Day, I decided to share an encore of one of my favorite episodes. This episode features a mindful way to say “I love you” by sending loving-kindness wishes. Some of you grownups might be familiar with a mindfulness practice known as a loving-kindness meditation. This is kind of like that, except we get to make wishes!
On this episode, we’ll talk about how feelings are related to each other – kind of like a family.
Do you think of yourself as a patient person? On this episode we’ll talk about how you can use mindfulness, or other creative ways to pass the time when waiting feels hard. ⏳
This week on the podcast, it’s the 5th edition of listener favorite, Music & Affirmations! This episode is allllll full of songs and affirmations. It features a new song called “Wiggle Then Breathe,” plus other favorites, “Proud of You,” “A Present to Me,” and “Forever Now.” ✨
Enjoy this encore episode as we approach a season of thankfulness. On this episode when spend some time thinking about what we’re thankful for. Plus there’s a breathing exercise where we blow autumn leaves out of trees and jump in a pile of leaves!
Enjoy this encore episode as we approach a season of thankfulness. Today we will spend some time thinking about what makes us feel grateful, then take deep breaths and say “thank you.”
This bedtime episode is great for keeping bad dreams away and inviting happy dreams. ️
