2022 was a year like none other. The FIFA final in 2022 was perhaps the greatest nail-biter in all FIFA finals. A year where Messi fulfilled his life-long dream. Also, a year where a team from Africa reached the semi-finals for the first time (that would be Morocco, if you were wondering).
2022 was another year when India did NOT win the T20 world cup. The sub-continent was less affected by this outcome. Our diaspora was more disappointed at losing an opportunity for an India-Pak match in the final.
Two Tennis GOATs – Serena Williams and Roger Federer retired this year. Serena Williams, one of the greatest inspiration for all women, both for smashing many records and for quitting at a high. Federer is one of the most admired and respected players, both for his skill and his personality.
In this episode, we are joined by 3 of the most curious, fun and lively children we know – who are passionate about sports in ways that only children can be. They are Mitansh (from DPS Nagpur), Tejas Madhusudhanan (from DPS, Bengaluru) and Tejas Sehgal (from VIS10, Delhi). What can we say – we guarantee uninterrupted laughter!
