There are 466 episodes in the Sci-Fi topic.

These are the latest episodes from the Sci-Fi topic added to soundcarrot, but be careful, many of these are serialised shows so jumping in at episode 10, for example, could confuse matters.

We'd recommend starting with the first episode of your show of choice, and if you like it, listening from there.

S2 E7: What’s for lunch?
00:23:36 | Season: 2 | Episode: 7 | March 22nd, 2017

In this week’s episode, Paige has to crack a code, navigate the back channels of the castle, and keep her new pal Nutkin in check. And when the two friends find themselves in an impossible situation, Paige plays the ultimate trick on the king. But will it pay off?  Thanks to everyone who played our anagram puzzle last week. You all are good at puzzles! You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram! We always love sounds, art and jokes sent to earth@finncaspian.com. And don’t forget about Griffin’s Sound Club! Send yours! You can also, of course, call our voice mail: 773-683-3166. If you have a second, and can rate or review the show in iTunes, we would be so grateful! It really helps get the word out. Many thanks to Mark Greenberg of the Mayfair Workshop for his theme music. Much of the background music you hear throughout was made by Visager, off his album “Songs from an Unmade World 2,” also used via Creative Commons. Another song was “Trillium” by the legendary Podington Bear. The Alien Adventures of Finn Caspian is a sci-fi story podcast for kids, and is proud to be part of the Kids Listen collective of makers of quality audio for kids. And please do send us anything you like. We’ll use it on the show! You can also shoot us an email or call 773-683-3166.

S2 E6: Nobody Puts Paigey in the Corner
00:25:51 | Season: 2 | Episode: 6 | March 15th, 2017

In this week’s episode, the Explorers Troop 301 take a backseat as Paige takes centerstage. We find out what’s been happening to Paige as she’s been held prisoner by King Huxley, and it will likely surprise no one that she’s taking matters into her own hands. But when she comes across another inhabitant of the castle, will it be a friend or foe? This is by far the most difficult puzzle we’ve had in the show’s run. The solution is an anagram of “SEEK THICKET RIM.” The key is really in the -ICK sound. That might help crack it. If your child is too young to read, or just beginning, you can also talk about anagrams in terms of sounds. That may not help solve this puzzle, but it may help with understanding anagrams and how words fit together. One more clue, in white text. Highlight if you want to see it: It’s three words, the second word is “three.” And after playing around with the letters for a while, you can always use an internet anagram solver (it’s not cheating if you’ve given it an honest try). You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram! We always love sounds, art and jokes sent to earth@finncaspian.com. And don’t forget about Griffin’s Sound Club! Send yours! S2 E4: All Hands On
00:24:04 | Season: 2 | Episode: 4 | March 1st, 2017

In what is surely one of the silliest episodes yet of our show, Finn and the Explorers land on a planet full of deep valleys, cave dwellings, and super-friendly aliens who are perhaps a bit…too friendly. And! We’ve got some dog names to vote on! To vote, go to http://www.finncaspian.com/dog/ or click here. And it’s our last week of bugging you! If you’re so inclined, please take our survey! In today’s episode, the Marlowe kids enter into two more intergalactic space olympic events, and find the Shakespeare kids aren’t playing fair again. The Intergalactic Space Olympics are upon us! And while there seems to be something funny going on with the kids’ rivals in Explorers Troop 103 from the Shakespeare 820, Vale still gamely takes the driver’s seat for a race around the planet. This is just part 1 of the Olympics, so we’ll see you back here on Friday for Part 2! Bonus Episode: Griffin’s Sound Club!
00:13:51 | Season: 2 | February 10th, 2017

In this special episode of The Alien Adventures of Finn Caspian, Griffin and BeeBop give Jonathan the boot, and take over the show. They go through a few of the sounds that kids have sent in, and talk about how they make them sound alien or space-related. And then BeeBop gives a shout-out to all the kid chefs who have sent in art over the last couple months in one-mega artist roll call! We always love sounds, art and jokes sent to earth@finncaspian.com. And don’t forget about Griffin’s Sound Club! Send yours!
